Daria Zhukova

Vice President, Finance & Operations

As Vice President, Finance & Operations at PaceZero, Daria oversees back-office operations and fund accounting with a heavy focus on process improvement to support overall business efficiency. She brings extensive experience in venture capital and startup operations across both Canadian and U.S. markets.

Previously, she served as Senior Associate at Noetic Fund, managing administration and investor communications across two venture funds and multiple SPVs.

In the last two years Daria has been working with Canadian early stage startups as finance and operations consultant, helping founders establish scalable workflows and project management systems needed to support growth. Daria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from University of British Columbia, Vancouver.
